1. Intro call 🖖
A quick video call to understand your motivation, set expectations, explain the role, check your level of English and share our story.

2. Take-home challenge 🔨
The challenge will depend on your chosen role. It could be something like recording a video or writing up a code. The goal is to give you a taste of your potential responsibilities and for us to assess your technical and critical thinking skills.

3. Meeting with your team lead 🤓
Here we go deeper into the role (tasks, responsibilities) and ask technical questions while allowing you to ask questions and get to know your potential team. This will also be your chance to exchange feedback regarding the challenge.

4. The Founders' interview 🌱
During this last step, you get to meet the company founders and the CTO to make sure you fit into our team and share our values. This will be a deep dive into the role, its responsibilities and required characteristics.

5. Offer 🎉
Congrats, you've made it! We're proud to welcome you to our team and hope you feel the same. You will receive an offer email, outlining the role and all the important details. From here on, our HR will take over the process and fill you in with all the necessary information. You're one of us now!
How to prepare for meeting Nordigen 💚
1. Get comfy 🤸♀️
Find a comfortable and silent place, where you will be able to concentrate on the interview. No need to suit up in front of a white wall, we just want you to feel comfortable so we can have a great interaction.
2. Do some research 🧐
Prior to the intro call, research a bit about the company and industry, so we could have a more fruitful discussion. Further in the hiring process we do require deeper knowledge about open banking and start-up environment.
3. Ask questions ❓
Remember - you're interviewing us as much as we're interviewing you. Ask questions - it is your chance to find out things that are important to you and it shows that you are interested in our company and culture.
