How to make the best of Techchill: takeaways from the team that dominated the event this year
Techchill 2022 is over. The event was a blast and Nordigen completely dominated it. We reached a record of 34 employees in attendance, including 3 of our speakers on the stage. Here we have compiled a few takeaways from attending Techchill as a united team.
Brand awareness
From Nordigen's CEO, Rolands sharing how Siri could manage your payments to our Head of Operations Arta talking about company culture - we covered it all. Putting the company's people on stage is the way to go when thinking about ways to raise your awareness - We are proud to show off our people.
On top of that, 34 of our employees roamed the event in Nordigen t-shirts, socks and hoodies - if you missed us on stage, you couldn't have missed us in the crowd! Nordigen logos were visible from all angles.
Learning opportunity
Aside from networking and creating a buzz around your cause, Techchill is a great place to get some brain food. The range of topics didn't disappoint - recipes for success, debates on sustainability and debates on the future of Web3 were all part of the agenda. While some of these topics might not seem groundbreaking, it's always interesting to hear a new perspective from an industry expert and squeeze in a question.
Team building
Attending Techchill as a united front is a great way to bring employees closer together. There are so many different ways to plan your occasional team-building event - why not incorporate it with a tech industry conference? At Techchill 2022, the Nordigen team listened to panel discussions, made Tik Toks, had drinks and tacos and danced well into the night. We recommend you try it next year with your colleagues as well!
