It's no secret that since the start of the pandemic, we've all been thrown into a new reality. Work from home, flexible hours and more freedom have become omnipresent not only in the startup but also in the corporate world.

Nordigen has always prided itself on employee independence - we embraced remote work even prior to the pandemic. What is more, our focus has always been on the goal itself, not where, how and in what way you reach it.

Spanning from this, we decided to embrace the working nomad trend and allow our employees to travel and work from anywhere in the world. Whilst we have trialled it many times before, it has been finally made an official policy at Nordigen. Furthermore, we actively invite all of Nordigen's people to travel, explore and find inspiration in new places.

Just this month, five members of our 50+ team toured Hungary, Malta, Tenerife and Norway. Whilst there are some legal aspects you have to take into account, the offered freedom, flexibility and a chance to overwinter elsewhere make our people keen to embrace this opportunity and venture abroad. Many are packing the bags as we speak.🧳
